Adi Godrej is the Chairman of The Godrej Group. The Godrej Group is a privately held, more 100 years-old family conglomerate, with operations in India and several other countries. Mr Godrej has been president of several Indian Trade and Industrial Bodies and associations.

He is the Chairman of the Board of the Indian School of Business, and Past President of the Confederation of Indian Industry. Previously, he has been a member of the Dean's Advisory Council of the MIT Sloan School of Management, Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a member of the Wharton Asian Executive Board. Mr Godrej is also a patron of the Himalayan Club.

He is a recipient of several awards and recognitions including the Rajiv Gandhi Award 2002, The American India Foundation (AIF) Leadership in Philanthropy Award 2010, The Entrepreneur of the Year at the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards 2010, Best Businessman of the Year for the GQ Men of the Year Awards 2010, Chemexcil’s Lifetime Achievement Award 2010, AIMA - JRD Tata Corporate Leadership Award 2010, Bombay Management Association - Management Man of the Year Award 2010-2011, Qimpro Platinum Standard award for business in 2011, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2012, the Padma Bhushan 2012, The Asian Awards Entrepreneur of the Year 2013, and the All India Management Association - Business Leader of the Year 2015. Jamshyd Godrej is the Chairman and Managing Director of Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company Limited, the holding company of the Godrej Group. Godrej & Boyce has diverse businesses ranging from refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, office and home furniture, security equipment for banks (such as safes, strong room doors, bank lockers, etc.) and for commercial establishments and homes, locks and latches, forklift trucks and warehousing equipment, to process equipment for chemical, petrochemical, refineries and allied industries, precision tools for sheet metal, zinc, aluminium and real estate development.

The Godrej Group is a leader in home appliances, consumer durables, office equipment, industrial products, consumer products and services.

Jamshyd is the Chairman Emeritus of Aspen Institute India. He is the Trustee and President Emeritus of World Wide Fund for Nature - India. He is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation and Chairman of India Resources Trust. He is a Director of World Resources Institute, USA, Director of Climate Works Foundation, USA and Director of Global Footprint Network, USA. He is a member of the Toyota Motor Asia Pacific Regional Advisory Committee. He is the Past President of the Confederation of Indian Industry and also the Past President of the Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers' Association.

Jamshyd is the Chairman of the CII Sohrabji Godrej Green Business Centre. The Centre is housed in a LEED Platinum demonstration building which is the first green building in India and the greenest building in the world at the time when it was rated. The Green Business Centre is a Centre of Excellence for green buildings, energy efficiency, energy conservation, non-conventional energy sources, water policy, water conservation, etc.

Jamshyd is an ardent yachting enthusiast and has done extensive cruising along the west coast of India, the Baltic & North Sea, the Atlantic Ocean and in the Mediterranean Sea.

For his contribution to Indian industry, Jamshyd has been the recipient of several awards and recognitions including the 'Padma Bhushan', conferred upon him by the President of India on 3rd April 2003.

Nadir Godrej

Nadir Godrej is the Managing Director of Godrej Industries and Chairman of Godrej Agrovet. He is also a Director of numerous firms including Godrej & Boyce Co Ltd., Godrej Consumer Products Ltd., Indian Hotels Co Ltd. and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.

A veteran of the Indian industry, Nadir has played an important role in developing the animal feed, agricultural input and chemicals businesses owned by Godrej. His active interest in research related to these areas has resulted in several patents in the field of agricultural chemicals and surfactants.

With his tremendous experience and expertise, Nadir has also contributed to the development of a variety of industries by participating keenly in industry bodies such as the Compound Livestock Feed Manufacturers Association of India, Indian Chemical Manufacturers Association, and Oil Technologists' Association of India.

Currently, Nadir is the President of Alliance Française de Bombay. For his contribution to Indo-French relations, the French Government has honoured him with the awards of "Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite" and "Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur".

A Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Chemical Engineering from Stanford University, Nadir completed his MBA from the Harvard Business School. He lives in Mumbai, India with his wife and three children.

Vijay Crishna

Vijay Crishna is the Executive Director of Lawkim Motors Group.

He joined Lawkim Ltd, a bankrupt light engineering company taken over by the Godrej Group at the behest of N.P. Godrej in 1977. After eight years of management experience in Kolkata and five years in the advertising industry in Mumbai, he was able to help turn it around.

He is a B.A. (Economics) from St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi.

Vijay is also a Director of Godrej Industries, Godrej Agrovet and Precision Wires India Ltd. He serves as a Trustee of the Bombay Scottish Orphanage Society and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Institute for Technology and Management, Navi Mumbai, the President's International Advisory Board Colorado College and on the Advisory Panel of the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Beachhead Programme.

In 1991, Vijay established the Naoroji Godrej Centre for Plant Research at Shindewadi, Satara District, which researches and propagates rare and endangered species of medicinal plants endemic to the Western Ghats.

A Life Member of The Himalayan Club since 1973 - and now its Honorary Secretary - he has trekked in the Garhwal, Sikkim, Ladakh, Nepal and Tibet. He has been active in theatre since 1965 in Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai. Vijay joined the Board on 27th September, 1990.

Anil Verma

Anil G. Verma is the Executive Director & President of Godrej & Boyce and has been with the Company since 1983.

He is an Engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, BHU and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has also completed an Executive Program from the Sloan School of Management, MIT, USA.

Anil has over 30 years of experience in functions such as sales, marketing and manufacturing and has held leadership positions including those of the Business Unit Head for the Office Furniture business and as the Executive Director and Head, Personnel & Administration.

He is an Executive Committee Member of the Employer's Federation of India (EFI), Business Excellence Committee Member of the CII Institute of Quality, Chairman of the National Taskforce on Industrial Safety and he serves on Board of Governors of the National Safety Council of India (NSCI). He is also an invitee serving as an Expert Member for the Selection Commitee of IIT, Bombay.

Under Anil's leadership, Godrej & Boyce has received a platitude of recognitions over the years including the NASEOH Award as the 'Best Employer' and the NCPEDP Shell Helen Keller Award for the 'Best Employer' for the differently abled. He was the recipient of the RMI Roll of Honour for Life-time Achievement in HR at the National HR Conclave, HR 2.0, held in April 2010, at Mumbai.

Anil joined the Board on 1st October, 2008.

Phiroze Lam

Phiroze Lam is the Executive Director & President of the Company and has been associated with the Company since 1975. Prior to joining Godrej, he was a partner in the Solicitors firm of Payne & Co.

Phiroze holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Arts and Law from the University of Bombay. He is also a qualified Solicitor.

Phiroze is also the Chairman of Godrej Efacec Automation & Robotics Ltd., and a Director of Mercury Mfg.Co.Ltd. He is also a Trustee of Pirojsha Godrej Foundation.

Phiroze is in charge of the Consumer Appliances, Consumer Durables and Industrial Products Businesses. He also heads the legal function of the Company and brings with him considerable expertise and experience in business strategy and management.

Phiroze joined the Board on 1st October, 2003.

Kyamas Palia

Kyamas Palia is the Executive Director (Finance) of the Company and has been associated with the Company since 1970.

Kyamas holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce and a Diploma in Managerial Accounting from the Mumbai University, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Oklahoma State University, USA. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, as well as the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He has considerable expertise in financial management, business strategy and corporate governance.

Kyamas is also serving as a Director on the Board of the following companies: Geometric Limited, Godrej Efacec Automation & Robotics Ltd., Godrej Infotech Ltd., Mercury Mfg. Co. Ltd. (Chairman), Arohan Trustee Co. Private Limited and Godrej & Khimji (Middle East) LLC.

Kyamas is also a Trustee of Soonabai Pirojsha Godrej Foundation.

Kyamas joined the Board on 1st October, 2003.

Navroze Godrej

Navroze Godrej is Executive Director, Godrej & Boyce and leads Strategy and Innovation for the group. His belief that the innovation process can be used for identifying hidden opportunities which can ameliorate the lives of people in unforeseeable ways led him to set up the Innovation and Design Centre at Godrej & Boyce. The centre implements Disruptive Innovation and Human-Centred Design and works with a diverse set of employees from various Godrej & Boyce businesses to imbibe a culture of innovation at a grassroots level.

Navroze believes that strategic design should pervade every aspect of a business if it is to deliver products and services of the greatest value to the community and that is his vision for Godrej & Boyce.

Navroze joined the Godrej group in 2005. His past assignments within the group include successful incubation of new businesses like Chotukool and U&Us Design Studio. He was also involved in the implementation of a retailing strategy from 2007-2010 and subsequently the Godrej Masterbrand rebranding exercise.

Navroze has a Master of Design degree from the IIT Institute of Design, Chicago. He is the Co-chairman of the CII National Committee on Design and is also a Board Member of the Global Innovation and Technology Alliance (GITA).

Tanya Dubash

Tanya Dubash is Executive Director and Chief Brand Officer of the Godrej Group and is responsible for reinventing the Godrej Brand and charged with evolving the Group to a more Brand-driven organisation.

Tanya is a Director on the Boards of several Godrej Group companies including Godrej Industries Limited, Godrej Consumer Products Limited and Godrej Agrovet Limited. She is also the Chairperson of Godrej Nature's Basket. She heads the Strategic Marketing Group (SMG) that guides the Godrej Masterbrand and portfolio strategy, and chairs a Marketing Council comprising Group Marketing Heads. Tanya is also on the Board of AIESEC. She is a Trustee of Brown University and a member of the Brown - India Advisory Council. She was recognised by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader in 2007.

She is AB cum laude, Economics & Political Science, Brown University, USA, and an alumnus of the Harvard Business School.

Nitin Nabar

Nitin Nabar serves as a Director on the Board of Godrej Industries Limited. He is also the Manufacturing Council Head for the Godrej Group and the Executive Director and President, Godrej Industries Limited (Chemicals).

Nitin started his career with Godrej as an Executive Trainee in 1989 at the erstwhile Godrej Soaps Limited. Over the years, he has worked in leadership positions across diverse business functions including sales, marketing, commodities, exports, imports and purchase.

He played a key role in building and expanding the export market of the Chemicals business. Under his leadership, the business now exports products to over 80 countries.

Nitin also actively champions environmental sustainability initiatives across the business. Nitin is the Chairman - Cosmetics of Chemexcil, an export promotion council for the chemicals industry. He has also been a member of the taskforce setup by the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers to help in the growth of the Oleochemicals industry in India.

Nitin has a B.Sc (Technology) degree from University of Mumbai, Department of Chemical Technology and an MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management, Development & Research in Mumbai.

Vivek Gambhir
Managing Director, Godrej Consumer Products

Vivek Gambhir is Managing Director, Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL).

Vivek joined Godrej Industries in 2009 as Chief Strategy Officer and was responsible for enhancing the strategic capabilities within the Group companies, guiding overall Group strategy, conducting portfolio analysis, leading mergers and acquisitions and driving special projects.

Under Vivek's leadership, the Group's planning processes became more robust. He helped define the CREATE portfolio strategy and the 10X10 objective for the Group. Vivek led the Finance, Investor Relations, Legal and IT functions for Godrej Industries.

He was also the Secretary to the Godrej Family Business Board.

In his role as Chief Strategy Officer, Vivek was very closely involved with GCPL. He was the key architect of GCPL's 3 by 3 strategy, led mergers and acquisitions and was instrumental in driving the company's international expansion efforts. He co-led Project Neo that developed the blueprint for integrating the erstwhile Godrej Sara Lee business with GCPL. He also led the process for a private equity investment in the company.

Prior to joining the Godrej Group, Vivek was a partner at Bain & Company, one of the world's leading business consulting firms. He worked with Bain in Boston, Singapore and New Delhi.

He was a founding member of Bain's consulting operations in India and led the firm's FMCG practice in India.

Vivek is the President of the Home Insect Control Association, an Executive Committee member of the Indian Beauty and Hygeine Association and serves as a Director on the Board of Philips India Limited.

Vivek has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS (Computer Science) and BA (Economics) from Lafayette College.

He is married to Roopika, who is a photographer and they have three children. Together, they enjoy traveling to off-beat locations.

Vivek has written numerous columns for leading business publications on a variety of issues such as organisational transformation, innovation, brand profitability and sales force effectiveness.

He also writes a weekly blog on leadership called 'Monday-8AM' (http://www.monday-8am.com).

Nisaba Godrej

Nisa is the Executive Director, Godrej Consumer Products and leads the innovation strategy for the company. Nisa also oversees the corporate strategy and human capital functions for Godrej Industries and Associate Companies (GILAC). She is responsible for driving the Group's transformation efforts, including efforts to attract and develop outstanding talent and make the culture more agile and innovative.

Nisa's previous assignments within the Godrej Group have included the successful turnaround of Godrej Agrovet. She has also led the creation of a strategy cell for the Group and the development of the FMCG strategy for the Group.

This has included creating a five year roadmap for Godrej Consumer Products, outlining category choices and instituting an M&A cell with a focused playbook that led to eight acquisitions between 2009 and 2011.

Nisa drives the Group's 'Good and Green' (CSR) initiatives and is the point person for the operations of the Godrej Family Council. She is on the Board of Directors of Godrej Consumer Products, Godrej Agrovet and Teach For India.

Nisa has a BSc degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is passionate about girls' education, the human mind, design, trekking and equestrian sports. She lives in Mumbai with her husband Kalpesh Mehta and son Zoran.

Pirojsha Godrej

In 2012, Pirojsha took over as CEO of Godrej Properties. He has led the company through a phase of rapid growth through which the company has established itself as one of India's leading and fastest growing real estate developers.

Under Pirojsha’s leadership, Godrej Properties has been at the forefront of the sustainable development movement; in 2013, GPL was recognized with an award from former President of India, APJ Abdul Kalam, on behalf of the Confederation of Indian Industry for being one of the companies in India from across sectors to have driven the green building movement. The Clinton Foundation has partnered with Godrej Properties for its large township project, Godrej Garden City, which works with the Clinton Climate Initiative towards the goal of creating a Climate Positive Development.

Pirojsha graduated from the Wharton School of Business in 2002 and completed his Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University in 2004. He went on to complete an MBA from Columbia Business School in 2008 before rejoining GPL as Executive Director. In 2010, Pirojsha led the initial public offering of the company through which Godrej Properties raised US$ 100 million.

In 2015, Mr. Pirojsha Godrej was selected as 'Visionary of India - Young Achiever Extraordinaire' at the Brand Vision India 2020 Summit & Awards supported by FICCI and received the ‘CEO – REAL ESTATE’ award at the CEO AWARD 2015.

He has traveled to 66 countries in 6 continents and his interests include cricket, politics, chess and rare-book collecting.

Mohit Malhotra

Mohit heads the business development function and also leads business operations for the North region at Godrej Properties Ltd. Since he took over the business development function in 2010, Mohit and his team have undertaken a complete turnaround of the business and have delivered fantastic results.

Despite the adverse macro-economic scenario, Mohit’s team has signed 22 new projects across various key markets over the past 4 years. Mohit’s work at GPL has been instrumental in pioneering several new business models in the real estate industry, which have been extremely effective in increasing the profits while successfully mitigating the business risks for the company.

In addition to his business development role, Mohit has also undertaken the responsibility of leading operations for the North region.

A management graduate from the Indian Institute of Management (Kolkata), Mohit is a strong believer of sustaining continuous learning for himself and his team. With a strong career graph spanning over 12 years, Mohit has worked with some of the best companies in India, and has a rich and diversified experience of working across real estate, private equity and consulting domains. Prior to joining Godrej, Mohit was associated with Unilever, A.T. Kearney, Unitech and Redevco in various strategic roles.

Mohit is very passionate about travelling. He loves exploring new places and has travelled across the world. Mohit also believes that fitness is a way of life. He loves to run and work out in his spare time.

Balram Yadav

Balram Yadav is Managing Director, Godrej Agrovet Limited (GAVL).

Balram serves as Managing Director of Godrej Tyson Foods and is also the Chairman of the Compound Livestock Feed Manufacturers Association of India. He is also the Director of many other firms, including ACI Godrej, Creamline Dairy Products, Polychem Hygiene Laboratories and Aadhar Retailing.

Balram started his career with Godrej as a Management Trainee. His first role was Branch Executive at Khanna in 1991. Over the years, he handled increasing responsibilities as Deputy Sales Manager, Factory Manager, Operations Manager and Deputy General Manager.

Balram was then asked to lead the Integrated Poultry business in 1999. Under his leadership, Real Good Chicken and Yummiez were established as the leading processed poultry brands in India.

Balram completed his B. Sc. in Agricultural Science from Haryana Agricultural University and his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM-Ahmedabad. An avid footballer, he lives in Mumbai with his wife and two children.

Anita Ramachandran founded Cerebrus Consultants, a well known HR consulting firm in 1995, focused on consulting in Rewards management, Organization development and Strategic HR.

Anita is one of the leading Human Resources Consultants in the country and is well known for her work in Compensation and HR strategy. She earlier had a twenty year career with A.F. Ferguson's Management Consultancy division, where she was a Director.

Anita is a MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute, Mumbai and has won several academic honours. She was a Dorab Tata scholar for 6 years. She is also on the Board of several companies including HCL Infosystems, UTI AMC and Geometric Software. She writes often in several business and professional magazines. She has been a champion of various women's causes.

Anita joined the Board of Godrej & Boyce on 28th April, 2007.

Kavas Petigara

Kavas Petigara is the Managing Partner of Scitech Corporation. He is a chemical consultant and a businessman and has been associated with chemical and allied business activities in India and abroad for many years.

Kavas completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s in Chemical Engineering, from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA. He sits on the boards of Godrej & Boyce, Godrej Industries, Godrej Agrovet , Vora Soaps , and Swadeshi Detergents.

Keki Elavia

Keki Elavia is a Chartered Accountant in Public Practice. He serves as a Director on the Board of various listed and unlisted companies.

He is a member of India UK Accountancy Task Force, constituted by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. He is also a trustee of educational and medical trusts.

The Reserve Bank of India appointed Keki as a member of the Indian Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, where he was the Chairman of its Audit and Corporate Governance Committee.

Keki sits on the boards of Godrej & Boyce and Godrej Industries.

Pradip joined the Board of Godrej & Boyce on 10th August, 2004.

He founded IndAsia, a corporate finance and private equity advisory business, in April 1998. Prior to IndAsia, he helped establish the Indocean Fund in 1994, and was the founder Managing Director of The Credit Rating Information Services of India Limited (CRISIL), India’s first and largest credit rating agency.

He is currently Chairman of Sonata Software Limited and of Shah Foods Limited and a Director of Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited, BASF (India) Limited, Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Limited, Grindwell Norton Limited, Pfizer Limited, and Wartsila India Limited amongst other companies.

Pradip holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sydenham College, Bombay. He is a qualified Cost Accountant and ranked first in India in the Chartered Accountancy examinations. He has given talks in India, Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia and the United States on credit rating, housing finance, capital markets, venture capital and other subjects.

Aman Mehta

Aman Mehta has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University. He has over 35 years of experience in various positions with the HSBC Group. He was the Manager, Corporate Planning at HSBC's headquarters in Hong Kong.

He was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HSBC USA Inc., the New York-based arm of HSBC Holdings plc which oversaw HSBC group companies in the Americas, before being appointed as Deputy Chairman of HSBC Bank Middle East, based in Dubai with responsibility for the Group's operations in the Middle East region.

Aman was re-appointed General Manager International of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation in February 1998, Executive Director International in May 1998 and Chief Executive Officer in January 1999. Aman also became Chairman of HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad on January 1, 1999 and a Director of HSBC Bank Australia Limited.

Bharat Doshi

Bharat Doshi is an Independent Director of Godrej Consumer Products. Bharat Doshi joined Mahindra & Mahindra in 1973 as an Executive and was elevated to its Board as Executive Director in 1992. In November 2013, he transited from his position as Executive Director & Group CFO to Non-Executive Director. Bharat is the Chairman of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited and Mahindra Intertrade Limited.

He is also Director of some of the companies in the Mahindra Group. He is an Independent Director of NSEIT. Bharat is a Trustee of the Mahindra Foundation and the K.C. Mahindra Education Trust. He is also on the Board of Governors of The Mahindra United World College of India and the Board of Governors of Indian Institute of Management, Tiruchirappalli (Trichy). He is a Director on the Board of Indian Council on Global Relations.

Bharat was a Member of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) constituted Working Group to examine a range of emerging issues pertaining to regulation of the NBFC (non-banking financial companies) sector. Dr. Sudheer Laxman Anaokar is Director, Godrej Agrovet Limited (GAVL). His career at Godrej began over three decades ago when he joined as a Technical Sales Executive. During his tenure, he has acquired tremendous experience across the areas of feed formulation, sales, marketing and general management. Dr. Anaokar's last assignment with Godrej was as the Managing Director designate for Godrej Agrovet Limited till he was superannuated in 2003. At the time, the company's product profile included the manufacturing and marketing of animal feeds, processed poultry products, agricultural inputs, oil palm plantations and plant biotechnology.

Dr. Anaokar has published numerous scientific papers and articles in research journals and read papers at industry meets and annual symposia. He was the former Chairman of the Compound Livestock Feed Manufacturers Association's CLFMA, the only industry association for livestock industry in India, for two years. During his tenure the company grew through expansion and by foraying into various areas created through mergers and acquisitions. The most significant of these acquisitions was that of Hindustan Lever's Animal Feed business.

Dr. Anaokar was educated in Gwalior and Mhow and he is a graduate in Veterinary & Animal Husbandry. He completed his post graduation from the Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izatnagar and did his doctorate in animal nutrition at the Institute of Agriculture, Anand, Gujarat. He has won various accolades and is a rank holder in Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry. He is also a gold medallist and rank holder in Master of Veterinary Science and an awardee of the Sr. Research Fellowship of Indian Council of Agricultural Research for his PhD studies. His hobbies include reading and listening to classical and semi-classical music.

A veteran of the Indian industry, Nadir has played an important role in developing the animal feed, agricultural input and chemicals businesses owned by Godrej. His active interest in research related to these areas has resulted in several patents in the field of agricultural chemicals and surfactants.

With his tremendous experience and expertise, Nadir has also contributed to the development of a variety of industries by participating keenly in industry bodies such as the Compound Livestock Feed Manufacturers Association of India, Indian Chemical Manufacturers Association, and Oil Technologists' Association of India.

Currently, Nadir is the President of Alliance Française de Bombay. For his contribution to Indo-French relations, the French Government has honoured him with the awards of "Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite" and "Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur".

A Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Chemical Engineering from Stanford University, Nadir completed his MBA from the Harvard Business School. He lives in Mumbai, India with his wife and three children.

Vijay Crishna is the Executive Director of Lawkim Motors Group.

He joined Lawkim Ltd, a bankrupt light engineering company taken over by the Godrej Group at the behest of N.P. Godrej in 1977. After eight years of management experience in Kolkata and five years in the advertising industry in Mumbai, he was able to help turn it around.

He is a B.A. (Economics) from St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi.

Vijay is also a Director of Godrej Industries, Godrej Agrovet and Precision Wires India Ltd. He serves as a Trustee of the Bombay Scottish Orphanage Society and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Institute for Technology and Management, Navi Mumbai, the President's International Advisory Board Colorado College and on the Advisory Panel of the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Beachhead Programme.

In 1991, Vijay established the Naoroji Godrej Centre for Plant Research at Shindewadi, Satara District, which researches and propagates rare and endangered species of medicinal plants endemic to the Western Ghats.

A Life Member of The Himalayan Club since 1973 - and now its Honorary Secretary - he has trekked in the Garhwal, Sikkim, Ladakh, Nepal and Tibet. He has been active in theatre since 1965 in Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai. Vijay joined the Board on 27th September, 1990.

Anil has over 30 years of experience in functions such as sales, marketing and manufacturing and has held leadership positions including those of the Business Unit Head for the Office Furniture business and as the Executive Director and Head, Personnel & Administration.

He is an Executive Committee Member of the Employer's Federation of India (EFI), Business Excellence Committee Member of the CII Institute of Quality, Chairman of the National Taskforce on Industrial Safety and he serves on Board of Governors of the National Safety Council of India (NSCI). He is also an invitee serving as an Expert Member for the Selection Commitee of IIT, Bombay.

Under Anil's leadership, Godrej & Boyce has received a platitude of recognitions over the years including the NASEOH Award as the 'Best Employer' and the NCPEDP Shell Helen Keller Award for the 'Best Employer' for the differently abled. He was the recipient of the RMI Roll of Honour for Life-time Achievement in HR at the National HR Conclave, HR 2.0, held in April 2010, at Mumbai.

Phiroze is also the Chairman of Godrej Efacec Automation & Robotics Ltd., and a Director of Mercury Mfg.Co.Ltd. He is also a Trustee of Pirojsha Godrej Foundation.

Phiroze is in charge of the Consumer Appliances, Consumer Durables and Industrial Products Businesses. He also heads the legal function of the Company and brings with him considerable expertise and experience in business strategy and management.

Kyamas holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce and a Diploma in Managerial Accounting from the Mumbai University, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Oklahoma State University, USA. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, as well as the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He is currently Chairman of Sonata Software Limited and of Shah Foods Limited and a Director of Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited, BASF (India) Limited, Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Limited, Grindwell Norton Limited, Pfizer Limited, and Wartsila India Limited amongst other companies.

Vijay Crishna is the Executive Director of Lawkim Motors Group.

He joined Lawkim Ltd, a bankrupt light engineering company taken over by the Godrej Group at the behest of N.P. Godrej in 1977. After eight years of management experience in Kolkata and five years in the advertising industry in Mumbai, he was able to help turn it around.

He is a B.A. (Economics) from St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi.

Vijay is also a Director of Godrej Industries, Godrej Agrovet and Precision Wires India Ltd. He serves as a Trustee of the Bombay Scottish Orphanage Society and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Institute for Technology and Management, Navi Mumbai, the President's International Advisory Board Colorado College and on the Advisory Panel of the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Beachhead Programme.

In 1991, Vijay established the Naoroji Godrej Centre for Plant Research at Shindewadi, Satara District, which researches and propagates rare and endangered species of medicinal plants endemic to the Western Ghats.

A Life Member of The Himalayan Club since 1973 - and now its Honorary Secretary - he has trekked in the Garhwal, Sikkim, Ladakh, Nepal and Tibet. He has been active in theatre since 1965 in Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai. Vijay joined the Board on 27th September, 1990.

Nitin Nabar serves as a Director on the Board of Godrej Industries Limited. He is also the Manufacturing Council Head for the Godrej Group and the Executive Director and President, Godrej Industries Limited (Chemicals).

Nitin started his career with Godrej as an Executive Trainee in 1989 at the erstwhile Godrej Soaps Limited. Over the years, he has worked in leadership positions across diverse business functions including sales, marketing, commodities, exports, imports and purchase.

He played a key role in building and expanding the export market of the Chemicals business. Under his leadership, the business now exports products to over 80 countries.

Nitin also actively champions environmental sustainability initiatives across the business. Nitin is the Chairman - Cosmetics of Chemexcil, an export promotion council for the chemicals industry. He has also been a member of the taskforce setup by the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers to help in the growth of the Oleochemicals industry in India.

Vivek Gambhir is Managing Director, Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL).

Vivek joined Godrej Industries in 2009 as Chief Strategy Officer and was responsible for enhancing the strategic capabilities within the Group companies, guiding overall Group strategy, conducting portfolio analysis, leading mergers and acquisitions and driving special projects.

Under Vivek's leadership, the Group's planning processes became more robust. He helped define the CREATE portfolio strategy and the 10X10 objective for the Group. Vivek led the Finance, Investor Relations, Legal and IT functions for Godrej Industries.

He was also the Secretary to the Godrej Family Business Board.

In his role as Chief Strategy Officer, Vivek was very closely involved with GCPL. He was the key architect of GCPL's 3 by 3 strategy, led mergers and acquisitions and was instrumental in driving the company's international expansion efforts. He co-led Project Neo that developed the blueprint for integrating the erstwhile Godrej Sara Lee business with GCPL. He also led the process for a private equity investment in the company.

Prior to joining the Godrej Group, Vivek was a partner at Bain & Company, one of the world's leading business consulting firms. He worked with Bain in Boston, Singapore and New Delhi.

He was a founding member of Bain's consulting operations in India and led the firm's FMCG practice in India.

Vivek is the President of the Home Insect Control Association, an Executive Committee member of the Indian Beauty and Hygeine Association and serves as a Director on the Board of Philips India Limited.

Vivek has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS (Computer Science) and BA (Economics) from Lafayette College.

Nisa also oversees the corporate strategy and human capital functions for Godrej Industries and Associate Companies (GILAC). She is responsible for driving the Group's transformation efforts, including efforts to attract and develop outstanding talent and make the culture more agile and innovative.

Nisa's previous assignments within the Godrej Group have included the successful turnaround of Godrej Agrovet. She has also led the creation of a strategy cell for the Group and the development of the FMCG strategy for the Group.

This has included creating a five year roadmap for Godrej Consumer Products, outlining category choices and instituting an M&A cell with a focused playbook that led to eight acquisitions between 2009 and 2011.

Nisa drives the Group's 'Good and Green' (CSR) initiatives and is the point person for the operations of the Godrej Family Council. She is on the Board of Directors of Godrej Consumer Products, Godrej Agrovet and Teach For India.

With his tremendous experience and expertise, Nadir has also contributed to the development of a variety of industries by participating keenly in industry bodies such as the Compound Livestock Feed Manufacturers Association of India, Indian Chemical Manufacturers Association, and Oil Technologists' Association of India.

Currently, Nadir is the President of Alliance Française de Bombay. For his contribution to Indo-French relations, the French Government has honoured him with the awards of "Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite" and "Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur".

Balram Yadav is Managing Director, Godrej Agrovet Limited (GAVL).

Balram serves as Managing Director of Godrej Tyson Foods and is also the Chairman of the Compound Livestock Feed Manufacturers Association of India. He is also the Director of many other firms, including ACI Godrej, Creamline Dairy Products, Polychem Hygiene Laboratories and Aadhar Retailing.

Balram started his career with Godrej as a Management Trainee. His first role was Branch Executive at Khanna in 1991. Over the years, he handled increasing responsibilities as Deputy Sales Manager, Factory Manager, Operations Manager and Deputy General Manager.

Balram was then asked to lead the Integrated Poultry business in 1999. Under his leadership, Real Good Chicken and Yummiez were established as the leading processed poultry brands in India.

Balram completed his B. Sc. in Agricultural Science from Haryana Agricultural University and his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM-Ahmedabad. An avid footballer, he lives in Mumbai with his wife and two children.

Nisa is the Executive Director, Godrej Consumer Products and leads the innovation strategy for the company. Nisa also oversees the corporate strategy and human capital functions for Godrej Industries and Associate Companies (GILAC). She is responsible for driving the Group's transformation efforts, including efforts to attract and develop outstanding talent and make the culture more agile and innovative.

Nisa's previous assignments within the Godrej Group have included the successful turnaround of Godrej Agrovet. She has also led the creation of a strategy cell for the Group and the development of the FMCG strategy for the Group.

This has included creating a five year roadmap for Godrej Consumer Products, outlining category choices and instituting an M&A cell with a focused playbook that led to eight acquisitions between 2009 and 2011.

Nisa drives the Group's 'Good and Green' (CSR) initiatives and is the point person for the operations of the Godrej Family Council. She is on the Board of Directors of Godrej Consumer Products, Godrej Agrovet and Teach For India.

Tanya is a Director on the Boards of several Godrej Group companies including Godrej Industries Limited, Godrej Consumer Products Limited and Godrej Agrovet Limited. She is also the Chairperson of Godrej Nature's Basket. She heads the Strategic Marketing Group (SMG) that guides the Godrej Masterbrand and portfolio strategy, and chairs a Marketing Council comprising Group Marketing Heads. Dr. Sudheer Laxman Anaokar is Director, Godrej Agrovet Limited (GAVL). His career at Godrej began over three decades ago when he joined as a Technical Sales Executive. During his tenure, he has acquired tremendous experience across the areas of feed formulation, sales, marketing and general management. Dr. Anaokar's last assignment with Godrej was as the Managing Director designate for Godrej Agrovet Limited till he was superannuated in 2003. At the time, the company's product profile included the manufacturing and marketing of animal feeds, processed poultry products, agricultural inputs, oil palm plantations and plant biotechnology.

Dr. Anaokar has published numerous scientific papers and articles in research journals and read papers at industry meets and annual symposia. He was the former Chairman of the Compound Livestock Feed Manufacturers Association's CLFMA, the only industry association for livestock industry in India, for two years. During his tenure the company grew through expansion and by foraying into various areas created through mergers and acquisitions. The most significant of these acquisitions was that of Hindustan Lever's Animal Feed business.

Dr. Anaokar was educated in Gwalior and Mhow and he is a graduate in Veterinary & Animal Husbandry. He completed his post graduation from the Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izatnagar and did his doctorate in animal nutrition at the Institute of Agriculture, Anand, Gujarat. He has won various accolades and is a rank holder in Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry. He is also a gold medallist and rank holder in Master of Veterinary Science and an awardee of the Sr. Research Fellowship of Indian Council of Agricultural Research for his PhD studies. His hobbies include reading and listening to classical and semi-classical music.

Vijay Crishna is the Executive Director of Lawkim Motors Group.

He joined Lawkim Ltd, a bankrupt light engineering company taken over by the Godrej Group at the behest of N.P. Godrej in 1977. After eight years of management experience in Kolkata and five years in the advertising industry in Mumbai, he was able to help turn it around.

He is a B.A. (Economics) from St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi.

Vijay is also a Director of Godrej Industries, Godrej Agrovet and Precision Wires India Ltd. He serves as a Trustee of the Bombay Scottish Orphanage Society and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Institute for Technology and Management, Navi Mumbai, the President's International Advisory Board Colorado College and on the Advisory Panel of the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Beachhead Programme.

In 1991, Vijay established the Naoroji Godrej Centre for Plant Research at Shindewadi, Satara District, which researches and propagates rare and endangered species of medicinal plants endemic to the Western Ghats.

A Life Member of The Himalayan Club since 1973 - and now its Honorary Secretary - he has trekked in the Garhwal, Sikkim, Ladakh, Nepal and Tibet. He has been active in theatre since 1965 in Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai. Vijay joined the Board on 27th September, 1990.

Rohit Sipahimalani is currently Co-Head, Investment Group, Co-Head, Portfolio and Strategy Group and Head at Temasek, India.
